Mr. Dunaway graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance, and completed the Rollins College MBA Crummer Management Certificate Program in 2006. In the midst of all that, he managed one of the top special event and catering companies in Orlando for over ten years. His passion is food, obsession is service, and his expertise lies in implementing innovative ways to deliver both.
Dustin occupied different leadership positions through his professional career in the hospitality industry. In fact, he was the Director of Operations at SK Restaurant Group & Sanctuary Events for 6 years starting from 2008. Between 2001 and 2008, Dustin was the Director of Service and Training at Puff-N-Stuff Catering and then was named the General Manager of
the company. He has also served as the General Manager and Director of Special Events at Fat Tuesday and the Director of Operations at J.R. Enterprises and Event Design. When it comes to Business, Dustin is extremely passionate about outstanding quality, breath-taking presentation, and impeccable service. Dustin has been in the hospitality industry his entire professional life.
